Muddassar Ahmed is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, strategic communications specialist, and international affairs adviser with extensive experience across diplomacy, reputation management, capital markets, and inclusive leadership. A former Independent Adviser to the UK Government, he is Managing Partner of Unitas Communications, a global reputation management consultancy with offices in Washington, D.C., London, Brussels, Dubai, and Kuala Lumpur. Under his leadership, the award-winning firm has expanded to more than 70 professionals and delivered high-impact campaigns for organisations including the United Nations, COP28, the U.S. Department of State, Amnesty International, Friends of the Earth, and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. He also chairs Neem Capital, an AI-enabled investment advisory and boutique mergers and acquisitions firm supporting companies seeking access to capital markets across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
Ahmed is the Founder and President of The Concordia Forum, an international network that brings together senior leaders from multiple sectors to promote dialogue, intercultural understanding, and collaborative responses to global challenges. He also founded Kismet Café, a London-based art gallery, coffeehouse, and events venue serving as a cultural and community hub. His board and advisory roles span the United Kingdom, United States, Pakistan, and Italy, including the Atlantic Council, Global Ties U.S., Bradford Literature Festival, American Islamic College, the Institute of Rural Management, and the European Network of American Alumni Associations. He serves as Chair of East End Citizens Advice Bureau, is Patron of Faiths Forum for London, and is a Fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Recognised internationally for his leadership and influence, he has been named among the world’s 500 most influential Muslims and among London’s 1,000 most influential people in diplomacy and inclusive global leadership.
