Dr. Irfan Yar is the Founder of the Afghanistan Security Institute and holds a PhD in International Relations. He currently serves as an International Relations Officer at the International Actuarial Association (IAA), where he works on global partnerships and international engagement. He has previously worked with the United Nations and other international organizations, focusing on policy, cooperation, and global affairs.
His research and professional interests focus on Afghanistan, particularly security, governance, political developments, and international relations.
