She has played a leading role in advancing evidence-based policy dialogue and democratic governance initiatives in Bangladesh through strategic coordination, research, and public engagement.

She spearheaded more than 20 national dialogues on governance and institutional reform, convening nearly 20 distinguished speakers in each event, including parliamentarians, lawyers, academics, political leaders, journalists, civil society representatives, and activists. These dialogues served as important platforms for fostering consensus, encouraging public participation, and generating actionable recommendations on critical governance challenges.

Through the platform, she oversees the production of monthly analytical updates that synthesize complex reform processes into accessible, evidence-based insights for policymakers, researchers, journalists, and citizens. The initiative has strengthened public accountability, enhanced access to reliable reform information, and supported informed advocacy efforts across multiple sectors.

Her broader professional experience spans governance research, policy analysis, project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic communications. Driven by a commitment to democratic governance and inclusive development, she continues to contribute to initiatives that bridge research, public dialogue, and policy action to support meaningful institutional change.
