Faris Hadrović is a strategist and practitioner with more than two decades of experience spanning diplomacy, international development, government relations, business development, technology and strategic communication. His career has included roles with the European Commission and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), where he worked on complex development programmes, policy dialogue and partnerships involving public institutions, international organizations, civil society and the private sector. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, he contributed to the establishment of the Directorate for Economic Planning and has worked on questions of institutional reform, development policy, population and human development, regulatory environments and economic growth. His private-sector work has included corporate and government affairs, business development and entrepreneurship, including contributing to the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s first Business Angels Investors Network.
He is currently Managing Director of SO.. Quantum Growth Agency, a Sarajevo-based strategic and creative agency working across strategy, communication, systems and public-interest projects, and is a member of the Global Diplomacy Lab. He has a longstanding interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain, and in how these technologies reshape institutions, markets, diplomacy, public trust and strategic competition.
Hadrovic has spoken and moderated at international and regional forums on governance, globalization, trade, technology, innovation, development and international affairs. His perspective combines experience across the public, international and private sectors with the challenges facing smaller states operating between competing political, economic and technological systems.
