Chada El Islam is a global technology and digital product leader and the Founder and CEO of ENTROGX Ventures. She brings over 13 years of experience working with leading technology and energy companies, including Microsoft, General Electric, and Baker Hughes, alongside a long-standing track record in supporting startups and empowering entrepreneurs.
She is recognized for her work at the intersection of technology, digital policy, and sustainability, contributing to high-level international dialogues through platforms such as the G20, BRICS, and Expo 2020. Her leadership has also focused on advancing women and youth in STEM, investment mentorship, and building inclusive tech communities across the Arab world. Chada’s contributions have been widely recognized. She was named among the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Dubai (2023) and selected as one of the 100 Arab Female Heroes in Volunteering by the BBC, in addition to receiving regional recognition for her leadership and impact in digital transformation.
She graduated top of her class from The American University in Cairo with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration, and holds executive and professional certifications from leading institutions including Stanford University, MIT, and Duke University. She currently serves on advisory boards and councils focused on technology, education, and women’s empowerment.
She holds advisory and leadership roles across regional and global institutions, including the Higher Colleges of Technology, Stanford Women in Data Science (WiDS), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Lean In Women in Tech, and networks of African Women CEOs, supporting initiatives at the intersection of technology, education, and women’s leadership.
