Konstantinos Foutzopoulos is an international relations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic affairs expert with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, including senior-level collaboration with international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank. He has served as an International Relations Advisor to the Prime Minister of Greece and as Executive Director of Greek House Davos in the framework of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Konstantinos currently serves as a Scientific Advisor to the Hellenic Parliament. He is the Coordinator of Circle the Med – The Mediterranean Forum, a regional dialogue platform and think tank focused on sustainability & the blue economy, and the Executive Director of the Athens Riviera Forum, which promotes investment and economic cooperation among countries in Southeast Europe and the wider Mediterranean region. He is a Fellow of the Agora Strategy Institute in Munich and a member of the European Association of Political Consultants (EAPC). He is also an alumnus of the Raisina Dialogue in India. In 2018, he was selected as an emerging young leader by the Obama Foundation Town Hall Europe program.
